This website is operated by Star Peptides. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Star Peptides.

These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and any purchases made through it. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable UK consumer law.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND USE OF THE WEBSITE

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when placing an order or creating an account.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account.

You may use our website only for lawful purposes and must not misuse, interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems.

2. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, pricing and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

Any laboratory testing information or Certificate of Analysis made available by us relates only to the specific product or batch identified in that documentation.

3. ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase goods from us.

A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, information has been displayed incorrectly, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown in pounds sterling unless otherwise stated.

The total price payable, including applicable delivery charges and taxes, will be shown before you complete your order.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.

We may correct obvious pricing or listing errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before proceeding where appropriate.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery information, charges and estimated timescales are set out in our Shipping Policy and at checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, but this does not affect your statutory rights.

For consumer orders, responsibility for loss or damage to the goods remains with us until the goods are delivered to you, or to another person you have nominated to receive them, except where you independently arrange your own carrier.

UK distance-selling rules also require key delivery information and costs to be given before the order is placed. 

6. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your statutory rights, including rights relating to goods that are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise not of satisfactory quality. UK consumers retain these rights and they cannot simply be contracted away.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, branding, logos, photographs and website design, is owned by or licensed to Star Peptides unless otherwise stated.

You may use the website for your personal, non-commercial use.

Our website may contain links to or functionality provided by third parties.

We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites that we do not control.

Where you use third-party services, their own terms and privacy policies may also apply.

9. SHOPIFY

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our products to you.

Any purchase you make from this store is a transaction between you and Star Peptides, not Shopify.

Shopify may process personal information in connection with providing its platform services, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

11. REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK

UK consumer terms must be fair and cannot be used to remove legal responsibility for faulty goods or other statutory obligations.

Any changes will apply from the date they are published and will not affect rights or obligations that arose before that date unless required by law.
